Video guides - Each exercise has video a guide so it is easy to get straight into your workouts, there is no guess work required.
Coaching and Feedback - Never wonder if ‘you’re doing it right’ again. Send us a video performing the exercise and we will let you know if you're doing things right or wrong and what you need to do differently.
Constant progress - Our programmes are progressive, not static. You won’t find them becoming ‘too easy’, you will be constantly challenged and improve over time
Time commitment - Sometimes life gets busy, so our programmes are flexible. We recommend a minimum of 2 workouts a week, with 3-4 x being optimal. The programmes can be completed in as little as 30 minutes, but you can choose to take up to an hour. We recommend sticking with the programmes for a minimum of three months, with six months being preferable.

Hey I am Mitch Barraclough the head coach here at Natural Connection, and a World Surf League pro.
I am in the surf every day, so I know a few things about the kinds of aches and pains that can creep in when your body is not primed for surfing.
For 10 years I have been helping clients catch more waves by building the strength, power and mobility they need to surf better. I have seen many clients like Mike Vanderfield go from being ready to hang up the leash, to pain free and surfing like they did in their 20’s.
