Phased blocks training: which are tailor made for you and your assessments and goals. Everything is specific to you, we don't just put you on a training template.
An in depth assessment: covering things like your goals and current level of performance, your biomechanics, and whether there is an opportunity to tweak your lifestyle to maximise results.
Video consultations: where we go over each training block, and I provide feedback on how to perform the exercises and get the greatest results.
24/7 * 365 support: we deliver all your programmes through an app which will be entirely customised to you. Through this app I can answer questions you might have, analyse your training footage and we can change things in your programme which are not working.
Nutrition and lifestyle advice: improve body composition and sleep quality, reduce stress and reach your goals faster.
